Sunnyview

Sunnyview is a recently refurbished chalet-style, two-storey home located just 12 minutes walk from the village.

Upstairs there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen and open-plan living area, north-facing with a sunny balcony and wonderful views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. A gas fire and a heat pump ensure warmth in the colder weather.

All four bedrooms are on the ground floor. One of the king-single bedrooms opens via a sliding door off the master room;  perfect for a young child. All bedrooms are kept cosy with panel heaters and electric blankets.  There is a bathroom on each level, and gas heating assures endless hot water for showers.

For entertainment, there is a TV with chromecast, DVD player and board games to spend the evenings over.

Standard nightly rates:

• from $320 for 1-2 guests, depending on season.
• plus $50 per extra guest
• under 2 yrs free in a port-a-cot (available for hire)
