Located on the Lochinver Rise, Starview 88 is a lovely large, modern holiday home in Tekapo, with excellent lake and mountain views.

The massive lounge area has cathedral ceilings and opens up to a sunny BBQ deck, perfect for entertaining and to enjoy the view. A large fireplace sets you up for the perfect cosy ambience during winter. The generous kitchen is well equipped for self-catering.

The lake is a 15 minute stroll away and the village is just 3 minutes by car.

Standard nightly rates:

• from $450 for 1-2 guests, depending on season.
