A beautifully refurbished home, Smithy’s is warm and cosy with a lovely framed view of the lake, especially from the sunny master bedroom upstairs.   Ideal for a family or 2 couples, the bedrooms are spread across both floors, with a bathroom located on each floor.  The upstairs queen bedroom opens up onto its own sunny, private verandah.

There is a modern kitchen, dining area, lounge and snug with a fantastic log burner and heat pump. A separate laundry room is available for your convenience.

The garden is beautiful, the perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the sun and surroundings. Very close by there is also a children’s play park to keep young ones amused.  Smithy’s is located in the original Tekapo village area and is just a ten minute walk to the lakefront, cafes & shops.

3. 2 single bunk beds (downstairs)

Standard nightly rates:

• from $320 for 1-2 guests, depending on season.
• plus $50 per extra guest
• under 2 yrs free in a port-a-cot (available for hire)
• linen, towels and cleaning included

2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY – may increase during peak periods. One night stay requests may be accepted depending on availability, and would incur a surcharge.
