Silver Fern is a beautifully designed four bedroom home elevated above Tekapo with stunning lake and mountain views.

A beautifully appointed kitchen is central to the open plan living area, with generous lounge seating looking out towards the lake. There is an additional snug area which is ideal for teenagers to watch TV undisturbed.

A large deck area is well set up for relaxed outdoor living and entertaining, with a barbecue and seating.   Also the perfect spot for nighttime stargazing.  The lakefront is a 15 minute walk, and the Cowan’s Hill walking and biking tracks start can be accessed within 5 minutes of the house.

Standard nightly rates:

• from $450 for 1-2 guests, depending on season.
