The living area in this charming newly refurbished home opens up through double sliders to a lovely sunny deck and barbecue, overlooking the lake. The modern fully-equipped kitchen makes mealtimes easy.  During the winter, full double-glazing and a heat pump keep the house warm and comfortable so you can curl up in front of TV with Sky or DVD.

The spacious king bedroom also opens to the deck and views. There is 1 bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet. A single garage and laundry facilities are available downstairs.

Standard nightly rates:

• from $270 for 1-2 guests, depending on season.
• plus $50 per extra guest
• under 2 yrs free in a port-a-cot (available for hire)
• linen, towels and cleaning included

2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY – may increase during peak periods. One night stay requests may be accepted depending on availability, and would incur a surcharge.
