The large sunny deck is well set up for relaxed outdoor living and entertaining, with a barbecue and seating.   Also the perfect spot for nighttime stargazing.  Two spacious bathrooms, a full laundry and plenty of parking make Silver Fern the ideal accommodation for a Tekapo holiday with family or friends, whatever the season.  The lakefront is a 15 minute walk, and the Cowan’s Hill walking and biking tracks start can be accessed within 5 minutes of the house.
