Monterey Cottage

Elevated to capture the mountain views, it is located in the heart of Lake Tekapo village, within walking distance of the lakefront, shops and cafes.  The sunny spacious deck is perfect for outdoor dining, evening stargazing or simply relaxing & soaking up the views.

Warmed by an efficient log burner and column heater, there is a selection of books to browse, and a DVD player to keep the kids entertained after a day adventuring.  The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, or you could choose to wander 15 minutes into the village to sample one of the local eateries.

The master bedroom has a lovely view to wake up to, and opens directly onto the deck.  All 4 beds offer electric blankets.  The bathroom includes a bathtub and standalone shower, with a separate toilet.  Inclusion of a full laundry makes this great value accommodation for a small family, couple, or an escape with a few friends.

Standard nightly rates:

• from $270 for 1-2 guests, depending on season.

2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY – may increase during peak periods. One night stay requests may be accepted depending on availability, and would incur a surcharge.
