COVID 19 Policies
Are Vaccine Passports required? – No… but sometimes yes
Under the COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic lights) we are able to welcome guests to stay in holiday homes.
Guests are not required to be vaccinated, EXCEPT for specific properties where vulnerable owners have requested verification of Vaccine Passports. We will contact guests who have booked these properties directly.
*Vaccine Passports are required for: Aotea, Notre Maison
Do you need extra protection?
If your vaccine or health status makes you more vulnerable we can offer a contactless check in. You’ll miss out on our engaging banter and local knowledge but please advise if this is your preference. Any additional guest information will also help us manage the safety of our staff and cleaning processes.
If you feel unwell during your stay please talk to us so we can help manage next steps in line with Ministry of Health recommendations.
Guest arrival protocols
- Guests are required to scan using the Covid Tracer App at check in.
- Guests are required to wear masks and socially distance when they check in at our office. Only one guest/booking may enter the office at a time please.
- All house keys and high touch surfaces in our office are regularly disinfected.
- Vaccine Passport verification is required for Aotea and Notre Maison at check in.
Staff vaccine status
All our staff are fully vaccinated. We want to visit our families overseas – soon!
We adhere to Ministry of Health guidelines when cleaning our holiday homes.
Each property is cleaned, disinfected and well ventilated between guest stays. Additional cleaning measures are taken if we suspect there is a higher risk.
We follow protocols defined at each COVID-19 alert level and we request guests and visitors also do this. (e.g. social distancing, mask wearing, regular handwashing or reporting illness)
