This 1980's apartment is a peaceful oasis nestled amid a beautifully manicured private garden decorated with a tasteful selection of garden art. Guests are encouraged to walk the garden and soak in the tranquil atmosphere with views of the mountains and glimpses of the turquoise lake. Guests occupy the ground floor of the house with plenty of privacy. It features 2 bedrooms comprising a queen and a twin, and it’s perfect for a couple or a small family of 3 or 4.
The apartment features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Full width windows span across the north facing wall to look out into the immaculate garden. There is comfy seating, a dining table and a flat screen LED TV with Freeview and DVD player plus free wifi. The kitchen has a 4-ringed stove, a microwave and a fridge with freezer. There is a shower and a separate toilet. The separate laundry room has a washing machine and external taut clothesline that sees plenty of sunshine. This cosy home is warmed by electric heaters including a heat pump, and all its beds are equipped with electric blankets.
There is a lovely sheltered deck on the upper terrace and the home owners welcome all guests to wander freely throughout the grounds and to utilise and enjoy the deck. Only a short 10 minutes walk to the lake and village centre.
Standard Rate is NZ$210 per night for 2 people
Peak Rate is NZ$230 per night for 2 people (includes Ski Season and Summer season)
Additional guests: NZ$40 per night
Children 3 yrs and above: NZ$40 per child, per night
Infants under 3: Free
Service Fee of NZ$20 is added to the booking total
