Aotea is a modern spacious, single-storied house that is wheelchair friendly and convenient for elderly guests. The open plan living area boasts a superb central kitchen, toasty log burner, generous lounge seating and floor to ceiling windows.
It features 3 queen-double bedrooms (2 with ensuites, one is wheelchair friendly) and a triple bedroom with a bunk and king single. There is also a common shower/toilet in the hallway and with the study containing an additional single bed this house sleeps 10 guests.
There is also Sky TV and free WiFi. The large double garage has internal access for easy movement from house to car in all weather. A washing machine and dryer are available.
Unfortunately the house is not suitable for electric wheelchairs.
