Nicholii

Nicholii is the perfect place for your family holiday and has lake and mountain views.

It has 3 bedrooms – one queen and a twin room that opens through to the second double room – sleeps 6.

The kitchen is equipped with small fridge, oven, microwave and electric hobs.

The open plan lounge and dining area has a TV and log burner.

The bathroom and laundry are combined and has a shower over a small bath (shub) and washing machine.  There is a seperate toilet.    There is also a second toilet situated adjacent to the garage.

There is a deck surrounding the north side of the house and a sunroom off the lounge which does have another small single bed for use in the summer months.

There is plenty of off street parking and room for the boat.

Rates are $159 for the first 2 people – extra people are $20 per person per night

One night bookings incur a surcharge of $25 (public holiday and peak season rates may apply)
