Dwyer Place

With lake and mountain views over the fields, you can watch the horses graze from Dwyers large upstairs deck.

Dwyer Place is a large modern family home with everything you will need to have a relaxing holiday in beautiful Tekapo.

Dwyer Place has a large open plan living area with plenty of room to kick back and relax.  Curl up in a comfy armchair with a good book, or use the telescope to stargaze or check out whats happening at Roundhill skifield.  It has a large flat screen TV, SKY TV, DVD player and stereo.  There are board games and puzzles for those long nights or snowy days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, wall oven and electric hobs, it also has all the other kitchen essentails you may need.   There is also a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Dwyers has five bedrooms – 4 downstairs bedrooms (2 queen, 1 twin and 1 triple) and one twin room upstairs.   There is also a sitting room with small TV adjoining the upstairs twin room.

It has two bathrooms one upstairs with a toilet and shower and another downstairs with shower seperate bath and toilet.

There is a nightstore heater downstairs for the cooler months and upstairs is heated by a large heatpump.

The laundry is in the large internal access garage with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.  The garage also has a pool table, bar fridge and couch for a little entertainment.

Rate is $240 for 2 people and extra people are $25 per person per night

One night bookings incur a surcharge of $25 (public holiday and peak season rates may apply)
